CLEARANCE INFORMATION

New laws were passed in December 2014, that require all volunteers 18 and over who work with children under 18 to have clearances run every 5 years. To read more about this, you can go to http://www.keepkidssafe.pa.gov/. If this applies to you, you may fill out the below online forms to be in compliance with these new laws.

The following forms and clearances are required to volunteer in Children's Ministry (buttons will open a new page):

*Please note that some clearances will be ready for immediate viewing, while others will take 2-4 weeks to process.

*Upon receiving certificates, create a pdf and email it to Gina Martin, Administrative Assistant of Family Ministries at gina@manheimbic.org or Dustin Sauder, Executive Pastor. Or you can print a copy and turn it in to Gina Martin or Dustin Sauder in the main office.
